Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of EasyScale at TryEasyLaunch.com. By accessing the service, creating an account, or submitting a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may authenticate through Google or with an email address and password. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.

Product listings and submissions

You may submit products you own, operate, or are authorized to represent. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of everything you submit.

• You must have the rights needed to submit all names, text, logos, screenshots, links, and other content.
• Listings must not be deceptive, unlawful, infringing, malicious, or designed to distribute spam or harmful software.
• Submission does not guarantee publication, placement, ranking, traffic, continued availability, or approval.
• We may review, edit for presentation, reject, unpublish, or request changes to a listing.
• A visible EasyScale footer badge linking to our homepage may be required while a product is listed. We may verify that badge before or after publication.

You grant EasyScale a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display submitted content as reasonably necessary to review, publish, promote, and operate the directory. This license ends when the content is removed, except for reasonable backup, legal, and archival retention.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, scrape it in a way that degrades availability, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, impersonate others, submit fraudulent reviews or listings, or use the service to violate law or another person’s rights.

Third-party products and links

EasyScale lists products and links operated by third parties. We do not own, control, endorse, or guarantee those products. Your dealings with a listed provider are between you and that provider, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Service changes and account action

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We may remove content or suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, the service or another person is at risk, or the action is required by law. You may stop using the service at any time and may contact us to request account deletion.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Directory content may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and you should evaluate third-party products independently.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyScale and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or harm arising from third-party products. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice when reasonably practical.
